RCBGL_PRINTREQUEST_REORG - Reorganize Print Requests and Change Documents

Purpose
You use this report to delete all print request bodies, print requests, and change documents for which the validity (in days) has been exceeded.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have defined the validity in days for print request bodies and audit data (change documents) in the Customizing activity Make Settings for Basic Data.
- You have defined the validity in days for print requests in the Customizing activity Specify Default Header Data for Print Request.
Features
- Print request bodies are deleted by this report only if they have the status Processed (VA).
- Print requests are deleted by this report only if they have the status Printing successful (DE).
- The maximum number of change documents that can be deleted in a report run is 50,000.
Selection
If you select the Simulate checkbox, log entries are displayed in the SAP List Viewer but not deleted.
Standard Variants
Output
- The system deletes all print request bodies, print requests, and change documents for which the validity specified in days has been exceeded. Once you have executed the report, print request bodies and print requests are no longer displayed in the labeling workbench.
- The SAP List Viewer displays print request bodies and print requests that are to be deleted, as well as the associated change documents. The following data is output:
- Print request
- Print request type: Print request or print request body
- Creation date
- Name of creator
- Print station
- Printer
- Name of changer
- User action triggered by a change
Activities
- You can access this report from Customizing for Environment, Health and Safety by choosing Global Label Management -> Define Basic Data and Tools for Global Label Management -> Reorganize Print Requests and Change Documents.
