CPI1466 during Backup PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
This report checks whether the intervals of available capacity maintained for the capacities are consistent with the factory that is assigned to the relevant capacity.
There has been an error if a shift interval is defined for a capacity whose validity end date is outside the validity period of the factory calendar.
Exception: The validity end date 12.31.1999 is allowed.
If errors occur, this can lead to problems with scheduling.
Features
Selection
Select the plants where you want to perform the check.
Output
The system issues a list of work centers or resources to which incorrect available capacities have been assigned.
Error types:
- 1: Calendar not found
- 2: Interval end is outside the validity of the calendar
Activities
Error type 1: To resolve this problem, proceed as follows:
- If a calendar is assigned to the capacity header, check whether the calendar exists. If not, assign an existing calendar.
- If no calendar is assigned to the capacity header, check whether a calendar is assigned to the plant, and if this calendar exists. If not, assign an existing calendar.
- If a calendar is not assigned to the capacity header nor to the plant, assign an existing calendar.
Error type 2: To resolve the problem, you have the following options:
- Change the shift interval so that they are no longer outside the validity of the calendar (exception: 12.31.1999 is allowed)
- Extend the validity period of the factory calendar
