RCF_MODIFY_RD_DOC_STATISTICS - Determination of Questionnaire Information

Purpose

Once the business function HCM, SAP E-Recruiting 2 (HCM_ERC_CI_2) has been activated, the system saves the information multiple times as to which questionnaires are passed, failed, or not completed. In this way, the performance improves when structuring the object lists for candidacies and applications in which this information is displayed.

Since this information was not stored multiple times for existing data when the business function HCM, SAP E-Recruiting 2 was activated, this report determines this information based on the questionnaire activities.

Selection

To restrict the number of selected candidacies or applications, you can enter a value range here.

When processing candidacies and applications, the report selects the candidacies or applications that do not have the status Draft.

Standard Variants

Output

The report always outputs statistical information that provides information about the selected objects, the objects to be processed, and the objects containing errors.

If you select the Output as ALV checkbox in the Processing Mode group box, an ALV list is output with additional information (for example, names of activities).

If you select the Test checkbox in the Processing Mode group box, no data is saved to the database (default setting).
