RCOD_CONTRACT_EXTRACT - Extract Contract to SAP Cloud for Customer

Purpose

The purpose of this report is to send Contracts or Contract Call-Off Statistics to SAP Cloud for Customer using the IDoc message type COD_CONTRACT_CREATEFROM_DAT for contracts and the webservice message ContractCallOffStatisticsBulkReplicateRequest for the Contract Call-Off Statistics.

Integration

Prerequisites

The partner profile is created for the IDoc message type COD_ERP_SD_ORGS_SAVE.

The SOAMANAGER configuration is created for the consumer proxy CO_SLS_CONTRACT_CALL_OFF_STATI.

Features

Selection

Data Set to be extracted

With this report you can either send Contracts or Contract Call-Off Statistics. It is recommended to send out first the Contracts and the Contract Call-Off Statistics only once the Contracts are successfully processed in Cloud for Customer.

Selection of Contracts

Here you can define which Contracts or Contract Call-Off Statistics you want to send to Cloud for Customer.

Communication Settings

Logical System: Choose the Cloud for Customer system to which you want to send the Contracts or the Contract Call-Off Statistics.

Maximum Objects per IDoc: Choose how many Contracts or Contract Call-Off Statistics should be included in one IDoc.

Parallel Processing: If you choose this option, the IDoc creation will be done using batch jobs. This can improve the throughput and reduce the overall run time if there is a high number of Contracts or Contract Call-Off Statistics Each batch job extracts a subset of the Contracts or Contract Call-Off Statistics and creates the corresponding IDocs. The batch jobs are named COD_CONTRACT + and can be monitored using transaction SM37.

Test Mode: IDocs are generated only if the Test Mode is unchecked. In test mode you can check how many entries are selected and whether errors occur.

Standard Variants

Output

The report creates a log that is displayed once the execution of the report is completed. The log can be accessed also using transaction SLG1 with object COD_EXTRACT_CONTRACT.

Furthermore, IDocs of message type COD_CONTRACT_CREATEFROM_DAT are created if Test Mode is unchecked and the Contract option is choosen.

Webservice messages of messsage type ContractCallOffStatisticsBulkReplicateRequest are created if Test Mode is unchecked and the Contract Call-Off option is choosen.
