RCOD_CUSTHIER_CHECK - Check Customer Hierarchies before extracting to SAP Cloud for Customer

Purpose

The purpose of the report is to check whether the selected Customer Hiearchies can be extracted to Cloud for Customer.

The Customer Hierarchies in Cloud for Customer are sales area independent whereby they are sales area dependent in ERP. Therefore it needs to be checked if all parent relationships are unique even if the sales area dependency is removed during extraction. Only if the uniqueness of all parent relationships are confirmed, the extraction to Cloud for Customer is recommended. Otherwise the selection criteria in the extraction report and the filter criteria in the distribution model needs to be adjusted so that the uniqueness is ensured..

Selection of Customer Hierarchies

Here you can define which Customer Hierarchies you want to check and finally send to Cloud for Customer.

Reference Date: The Customer Hierarchies in Cloud for Customer are time independent whereby they are time dependent in ERP. Hence a specific time slice needs to be send to Cloud for Customer. This report checks whether the selected Customer Hiearchies starting from the Reference Data to future date are valid.

Standard Variants

Output

The log creates a log that is displayed once the execution of the report is completed. The log can be accessed also using transaction SLG1 with object COD_CUSTHIER and subobject CHECK.

Activities

1. Execute the report in foreground or background.
2. Review the log and ajdust the selection criteria until the uniqueness of the parent relationships are ensured and the replication to Cloud for Customer is recommended.
3. Use the same selection criteria when extracting the account hierarchies using report RCOD_CUSTHIER_EXTRACT and when defining the filter criteria in the distribution model.
