RCOD_EQUIPMENT_EXTRACT - Send Equipments to SAP Cloud for Customer

Purpose

This report is for facilitating replication of equipment to an external system. This report generates an IDOC which contains complete equipment with information about location, partners, sales area data, hierarchy information, material, warranty and texts.

Integration

Prerequisites

The partners, sales area data, the upper level hierarchy information and material for which the equipment is to be replicated, should exist in the external system.

All the necessary communication settings for the IDOC COD_EQUIPMENT_SAVE01 should be completed.

Features

Selection

Equipment: Select those equipments that needs to be replicated in an external system.

Equipment Category: Select the categories of the equipments that needs to be replicated in an external system.

Object type: Select the types of the equipments that needs to be replicated in an external system.

Sales Organisational: Select sales org units of the equipments that needs to be replicated in an external system.

Distribution Channel: Select distribution channels of the equipments that needs to be replicated in an external system.

Divison:Select divisions of the equipments that needs to be replicated in an external system.

Class: Only equipments assigned to these classes will be considered by report

Logical system: Maintain the system to which IDoc need to be sent.

Max number of Equip. per IDOC: Define the number of equipments which should be bulked into one IDOC.

Test Mode: You can do a test run to check for errors and correct them before a final rerun.

Standard Variants

Output

After processing the report generates a log of all success and error messages. The log is displayed directly in case the report does not run in background processing. The log can also be accessed via transaction SLG1 with object as 'COD_EXTRACT' and subobject as 'EQUIPMENT'.
