RCOPCA44 - Compare G/L Accounts in FI with Profit Center Accounting

Description
Program RCOPCA44 checks whether the selected actual data in Profit Center Accounting is reconciled with the FI data in G/L account ledger 00.
This compares the records in the summary record table GLPCT with the transaction data in G/L account ledger GLT0.
Requirements
If you want to create automatic clearing postings, you need to first define a clearing account.
When to execute the program
You can execute this program at two points during the euro conversion:
- Before the conversion, to ensure that the data is reconciled
- Following the conversion, to reconcile differences due to rounding

Performance Hints
If you want to check the posting records for a large amount of data, you can execute this program in the background.
If you want to check the records and reconcile differences in one run following the conversion, you must start the program in the background.
Special Hints
No postings can be made in the system while this program is running.
Output
If you execute the program without reconciling differences, the system outputs a list of account balances. If you clear the differences automatically, the clearing records are posted in tables GLPCT (summary record table) and GLPCA (actual line items).
The clearing postings are posted with origin object type 98. You can analyze these line items in line item reporting by specifying this origin object type.
