Purpose

In the first quarter of 2006, quality-assurance measures were carried out for Recipe Management and improved formula calculations were implemented. This report enables you to compare the formula values that were saved in the system before the quality-assurance measures with the values that were calculated by means of the improved formula calculations. You can then determine any differences between these values.

Features

The report compares the values in the following formula views:

  • Input and Output
  • Composition
  • Ingredients
  • Nutrients
  • Diet Suitability: Summary

Selection

You can specify the recipes and formulas for which the system should compare the saved data with the calculated data. You can also specify which formula view the data should be taken from for comparison.

You can choose from the following output options:

  • You can display all saved and calculated data with the status
  • You can display the calculated data only
  • You can display the differences only

Depending on which formula view you chose for the comparison, you can specify the following:

  • To compare the data in the Input and Output view, you can specify whether the substance data, the material data, or the substance and material data are to be compared.
  • To compare the data in the Nutrients view, you can specify for which nutrient group, data source, and calculation base the data is to be compared.
  • To compare the data in the Diet Suitability: Summary view, you can specify for which diet group and data source the data is to be compared.
