BAL Application Log Documentation Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
Write program for archiving data from demand side management (DSM) programs.
Integration
Prerequisites
- The status of the DSM program has been set to Can be archived(in CRM WebClient UI).
- The number of days since the most recent status change of the DSM program to "Can be archived" is equal to or has passed the residence time defined by way of the Define Settings for Archiving Programs Customizing activity.
- Example
- If the residence time is 365 days and you change the status of the program to "Can be archived" on March 1, 2020, then you can only archive this program as of March 1, 2021.
Features
This report enables you to archive DSM program data using archiving object CRM_DSM_PR. All data belonging to the selected DSM programs is archived.
Once the data has been archived, the status of the program is changed to "Archived".
Selection
Specific archiving instructions are stored as variants. You can create your own variants for immediate use, or you can save them for access during future archiving runs.
The following information can be specified when defining a DSM program archiving variant:
- The DSM programs to archive
- Whether the archiving run is to be executed in test mode or in production mode
- The properties of the log report
- The presence of a note to describe the archiving run
In addition to specifying a variant, you need to specify the start date and time of the archiving run and the printing (spooling) settings.
Standard Variants
