RCRM_TERRMAN_TERR_REPORTS - Territory reports saved searches table entries creation

Purpose

The territory reports "Accounts: No Territories" and "Territories: No Employees" require certain table entries for its correct functioning. Since these are Application tables (delivery class A), hence these cannot be transported to the target client in the customer landscape. This report creates those table entries directly in the target client. See SAP Note 1320439 for more details.
