Title

Archiving Single Records

Purpose

You are archiving single records in the results database. All single records generated on a specific day are read from the database. The records are stored in archive files that are then archived by the system administrator. The archive files generated in this way are used as the basis for deleting original data in the database ( Delete Single Records ).

Integration

Archiving for single records is a function in the Analyzer result databases.

Prerequisites

Only single record key figures can be archived if they have already been run and their status is correct.
