Purpose

This report is used for monitoring transfer requests.

Integration

Prerequisites

Selection

Restrict the selection by entering parameters on the initial screen.

You can add more parameters to your selection by choosing the Further Selections pushbutton.

Standard Variants

You can change the layout of the output list. You can set up your own standard variants or make variants available to other users.

Activities

• By choosing the Number of Entries pushbutton, you can display the statistical information for the transfer requests in accordance with the selection parameters you entered.

• Execute the report. The system lists the transfer requests that meet the selection parameters entered.

Select one item at least in the list to process it. After that, the following processing functions are available in the application toolbar:

Simulate Transfer
If you choose this pushbutton, the system simulates the transfer for the print documents of the selected transfer requests.

Transfer
If you choose this pushbutton, the system transfers the print documents of the selected transfer requests.
