REA_EVER_READ_ARCHIVE - Report REA_EVER_READ_ARCHIVE

Purpose
You can use this report to access and read an archive directly after running the archiving report. You can also change some of the data in the list. Double-clicking on a contract number in the list takes you to the corresponding contract view.
You do not need to run the deletion program in advance.
The display incorporates the following data:
- Contract
- Division
- Move-out date
- Move-in date
- Installation
- Contract account
- Company code
- Move-in document (only when archived)
- Move-out document (only when archived)
Integration
The archiving of contracts incorporates the following reports:
1. Archiving report
All specified contracts, and their move-in and move-out documents, are analyzed with regard to a possible archiving. Those contracts and move-in and move-out documents that can be archived are archived.
You can use BAdI ISU_EVER_ARCHIVE to define additional checks on whether contracts can be archived.
2. Deletion report
The contracts (and their move-in and move-out documents) that are written in the archive file are deleted from the corresponding database tables.
3. Evaluation report
The system displays the archived contracts and their move-in and move-out documents.
