REA_POD_ARCHIVE_DEL_IN - Delete Archived Prof of Delivery Data

Purpose

You use this report to archive Proof of Delivery data from the Proof of Delivery for Bill Distribution (EPROF_DELV_IN) table.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have maintained the following settings:

• Ensured that the franchisee exists with relevant Business Function (Bill Distribution)

• Assigned the relevant franchisee to a grid for a specific period

• Maintained Proof of Delivery data using Proof of Delivery for Bill Distribution (EFRANCH_PODL) transaction

• An entry cannot be archived if it is present in the Print Document/Header Data (ERDK) table

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, choose the Test Mode radio button if you want the system to simulate the archiving table with the proof of delivery details. The system generates an output but does not update the database.

Choose the Production Mode radio button, if you want to delete the database entries from archived file.

Standard Variants

Output

Based on the selection criteria, the relevant entries will be deleted from the same table.
