REHSH_PER_CAHIST_DES - ILM-Based Deletion: Case History
BAL Application Log Documentation TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local CurrencyThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
To allow case histories for a person to be destroyed after a specific period of time, that is, to be physically deleted from the database, SAP Information Lifecycle Management (SAP ILM) provides policies for specifying retention durations in the system.
This report destroys case histories for a person in accordance with the rules that you have maintained in the ILM policy.
Case histories for a person are checked with this report and are destroyed once the retention duration has expired. The case histories for a person are not destroyed until all medical services for the person have been closed. To calculate the retention duration, the closed date set by the system for the last closed service is used.
If environment parameter OH_CRIT_DIAG_DEL is selected, critical diagnoses for a person are destroyed together with the case history for the person.
Integration
Prerequisites
In transaction ILMARA (Audit Area Processing), you have assigned the following ILM object to one or more audit areas:
- EHS_HEA_PER_CAHIST_DESTRUCTION (Case History)
In transaction IRMPOL (ILM Policies), you have maintained retention rules for the following ILM object and set the status to productive:
- EHS_HEA_PER_CAHIST_DESTRUCTION (Case History)
To be able to destroy the data, you require authorization to execute the data destruction run (authorization object S_ARCD_OBJ). You also require the authorizations for changing data for persons for which the case history data can be deleted (authorization object C_EHSH_PER) and for deleting the case history (authorization object C_EHSH_POH). If critical diagnoses for a person are deleted together with the case history data for the person, you also require the authorization for deleting diagnoses for a person (authorization object: C_EHSH_POH).
