REHS_IAL_DES - ILM-Based Deletion: Incident/Accident Log
CPI1466 during Backup CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
To allow data for the incident/accident log to be destroyed after a specific period of time, that is, to be physically deleted from the database, SAP Information Lifecycle Management (SAP ILM) provides policies for specifying retention durations in the system.
This report destroys incident/accident log entries in accordance with the rules that you have maintained in the ILM policy.
Closed incident/accident log entries are destroyed once the retention duration has expired. The last change date of the incident/accident log entry is used to calculate the retention duration.
The following data created for the incident/accident log entry is also destroyed:
- All versions of the incident/accident log entry
- Determination results and long texts for the determination results
- Persons involved and long texts for the persons involved
- Persons affected and long texts for the persons affected
- Injuries of the persons affected and long texts for the injuries (internal and external note)
- Absences of persons affected
- Restrictions of persons affected
- Value assignment instances of the classification system for the persons affected and for incident/accident log entries
- Change documents for the persons involved and for incident/accident log entries
- Documents and user-defined texts as well as long texts for user-defined texts
- Measures of the incident/accident log entry as well as long texts for measures
- Reference to incident/accident log entries in the injury/illness log
- References to incident/accident log entries in the medical service
Integration
Prerequisites
In transaction ILMARA (Audit Area Processing), you have assigned the following ILM object to one or more audit areas:
- EHS_IHS_IAL_DESTRUCTION (Incident/Accident Log)
In transaction IRMPOL (ILM Policies), you have maintained retention rules for the following ILM object and set the status to productive:
- EHS_IHS_IAL_DESTRUCTION (Incident/Accident Log)
To be able to destroy the data, you require authorization to execute the data destruction run (authorization object S_ARCD_OBJ). In addition, you require the authorizations for changing and deleting the incident/accident log entries (authorization objects C_EHSI_IAL and C_EHSB_STA), change documents (authorization objects S_SCD0 and S_SCD0_OBJ), and assigned phrases (authorization objects C_EHSP_TPP and C_SHEP_TPG).
