REML_BILLING_OUTSRTD_RELPRED - Determine Release Confidence for Outsorted Billing Documents

Purpose

Determine the release confidence value for outsorted billing documents. Optional: Automatic release of outsorted billing documents.

Integration

Billing documents can be outsorted during the billing process.

This report:

• Processes outsorted billing documents (for a defined timeframe, specified in the table TEML_OUTBILPARAM) to determine a release confidence value by applying the PAi predictive scenario UTI_BI_OUTSORTED.

• Writes the release confidence value to the table TEML_BILLG_OUTSD; this value is also available in the Fiori app “Resolve Outsorted Billing Documents”.

• Optional: Automatically releases the billing documents (based on the release threshold); in this case, the released documents are no longer outsorted and are ready for invoicing.

Prerequisites

To use this report, you require the following:

• Trained and activated model version for the PAi predictive scenario UTI_BI_OUTSORTED.

• Training and prediction timeframe must be maintained in the table TEML_OUTBILPARAM.

• If billing documents are to be released automatically: Pre-evaluation of the value for the release threshold according to specific business requirements; the release threshold must be provided on the selection screen (note: it must have a minimum value of 0,5).

Features

This report:

• Selects all outsorted billing documents based on the selection criteria.

• Calls the API for the PAi predictive scenario UTI_BI_OUTSORTED to derive the release confidence for the outsorted billing documents (note: the release confidence for the outsorted billing documents is only determined if the billing period start date is found within the training and prediction timeframe that is maintained in the table TEML_OUTBILPARAM)

• Optional: Automatically releases the outsorted billing documents if the derived release confidence value is greater than or equal to the release threshold provided.

This report can be executed in online and batch mode.

Selection

• In the section “Selection Parameters”, you can provide specific filters to control which outsorted billing documents should be processed (for example only for a specific portion).

• In the section “Processing Options” you can specify:

• If the billing documents should be released automatically

• The value of the release threshold to be met for an automatic release

Standard Variants

Output

• The processing information is written to the application log object ML_BILLING.

• If the report is executed in online mode, the application log is displayed as soon as processing is complete.
