Description

The report program selects planned records for flows with a variable interest rate and calculates these on the basis of the reference rates or the rates for the financial transaction, according to which of these is the most recent. It then updates these linear planned records to Cash Management.

You can run the report as a test run, in other words, without updating the database. You can include manual interest rate adjustments and the earliest date the interest rate adjustment can be performed.

Requirements

To update the planned records of a transaction, you must have maintained the cash forecast level of the relevant product type and the activity category in Customizing.

Output

The system displays all the transactions selected. By double-clicking a transaction, you can display the individual interest flows. If rates and/or reference interest rates are missing, double-click the 'Result' table column to display these.

When you update the database (perform an update run), the system displays in the 'CM status' table column whether the update to Cash Management was successful for each transaction. If an error occurs, you can double-click the flows to find out the reason for the error.

Possible errors:

  1. No planning level has been maintained.
  2. The adjustment date of one flow is before the earliest adjustment date selected.
