Purpose

You can use this report to search in the master data of the installation, contract, and premise for used entries of the Authorization Group field and to write the values in table TEB037 (Authorization Groups).

You use this report for the automatically define authorization groups in the Define Authorization Groups Customizing activity.

Integration

For example, you can use the elementary search help ISU_BEGRU in one of the following collective search helps:

  • ISU_BEGRU_INSTLN
  • ISU_BEGRU_CONTRACT
  • ISU_BEGRU_PREMISE.

Optional:

To check the entries for the Authorization Group field for the following transactions:

  • ES20-21
  • ES30-31
  • ES60-61

implement the approriate user enhancement from the following list:

  • EMDK0001
  • EMDI0001
  • EMDP0001

and check against the contents of table TEB037.

Prerequisites

Business function ISU_LOC_CI_4A (Utilities, Functional Enhancements due to Customer Feedback) is activated.

Features

The system searches in the following tables:

  • EANL
  • EVER
  • EVBS

The values for the authorization group are stored in table TEB037 under the respective authorization group object.

Selection

You can restrict the search to installations, contracts, or premises.

Standard Variants

Output

Lists containing values for the authorization group for each installation, contract, and premise, that were found during this run and do not yet exist in table TEB037.

Activities

This report supports you when defining authorization groups. You subsequently still have to enter texts for the authorization groups in Customizing:

Customizing for SAP Utilities -> Master Data -> Basic Settings -> Define Authorization Groups.
