Title

Create or extend inspection lists

Purpose

This report allows you to create inspection lists for technical installations or equipment using campaigns. You can also use this report to add technical installations and equipment to inspection lists.

Inspection lists are arranged into separate lists via campaigns.

Integration

You can change and display inspection lists. When you change lists, you can complete orders or notifications or delete those technical installations or equipment without orders or notifications from the list.

You can create orders or notifications for technical installations or equipment.

Prerequisites

Features

To define your own fields for inspection lists, use enhancement EWMHI001. You can also use these fields as selection criteria for inspection lists.

Selection

Standard Variants

When you specify individual technical installations or equipments you must make sure that no further restrictions (according to period or division, for example) do not affect the selection, because they are directly transferred into the inspection list.

You must also ensure that the system does not convert the inspection periods from months into years and vice versa.

Output

When you create an inspection list, an application log is created that you can display immediately.

To display the logs at a later time, proceed as follows:

1. Call the log via Transaction SLG1.
2. Enter the following:

• Object IUWMINSP

• Subobject LIST_CREATE_ERROR (error log for inspection list creation) or LIST_CREATE_STAT (Stastics log for inspection list creation)
