RFARR_CONS_MONITOR - Data Validation Monitor

Purpose
When you use transaction FARR_CONTR_MON, you can monitor the check results from mass transaction FARR_CONTR_CHECK for specific accounting principles, company codes and contracts. There are two different options:
Read the data online:
The system performs the consistency checks again for selected contracts but doesn't save them in error log table FARR_D_CONS. This option can be used to check that contract fixes have been done correctly. This option can also be used to get an overview of relevant numbers for selected contracts and performance obligations without using the contract management user interfaces.
Read the data from error table:
You can display the inconsistent contracts from error log table FARR_D_COND saved by the mass processing transaction FARR_CONTR_CHECK.
Prerequisites
Authorization object F_RRCONSIS checks whether you are allowed to check data for specific accounting principles and company codes.
Note
Restrictions of the consistency check framework:
- General ledger documents are not considered in the consistency check
- Customer-specific Business Add-In implementations, such as combined performance obligations, are not supported
- No update functionality to fix inconsistencies
- Liability/asset postings are not checked
- Currency difference calculations and postings are not checked
- Compound cases are not supported yet
