RFBIKRK0 - Batch Input Interface for Vendors

Use

The Batch Input report RFBIKRK0 is used for creating and changing vendor master data if you implement the name enhancement from Public Sector Management.

You can find detailed information on this program in the program documentation RFBIKR00 as the two programs have the same functions. The Public Sector Management-specific name enhancement (alternative name fields) is available in both programs.

You can check whether the name enhancement is activated in your system in the implementation guide Funds Management Government under Funds Management-Specific Postings -> Requests -> Maintain Global Settings.

Note

The only difference between the two programs is in their structures that are offered during the generation of initial sample files in the Data Transfer Workbench. The following Public Sector Management structure (record type 2) is offered in in addition to the structure of program RFBIKR00:

• BFMPSOISK (assignment of a number of subledger account preprocedures for each revenue type).

It is possible to process this structure using both programs.
