In the production system, use this app to download:
- Manually created G/L accounts to a text file or
- Single financial statement versions
In production, you can download the newly created G/L accounts or a specific financial statement version.
A file with the accounts or the fs version is downloaded to your device.
In the quality system, you can then upload the file
The G/L accounts downloaded from the production system are created automatically when uploading the file.
In the case of the financial statement version, the entire fs version is copied from the production system. During the upload to the quality system, the FS version is either created or the FS version with the same ID is overwritten completely!
Example:
IF you download FS version 1710 from your production system and then upload it to your quality system, version 1710 is deleted and replaced by the version from the production system.
