Purpose

When transferring the correspondence to the required communication channel (such as print, or fax), the system carries out the following tasks:

  • Determines the correspondence data that is stored in the correspondence request
  • Transfers the correspondence data to the print program

You can select the correspondence that is to be transferred to the selected communication channel according to correspondence type, creation date, bank area, account number, or user name.

Integration

Prerequisites

The necessary correspondence data is stored in the correspondence request.

Features

Selection

In the Selection Parameters for Correspondence Request section, you must select a correspondence type. In the Date IDfield, enter the date on which the correspondence request was created. You can limit the selection further by specifying additional selection parameters such as a range of bank areas or account numbers.

In the Print Parameters section, enter the requirements for printing correspondence.

  • Print Parameters Defined
The system automatically sets this indicator if you have selected the print parameters by choosing Goto → Print Parametersand confirmed them with Enter.
  • Execute Actual Print / Test Print / Repeat Print
When you execute an actual print, the system updates the Print Date in the correspondence history, unlike a test print that only simulates the print run. After an actual print is executed, you can only execute a repeat print.
