RFCATX00 - Post PST to Prior Period (Canada)

Description

This program determines the tax proportion contained in the deduction of cash discount. This value is the basis for manual adjustment posting (this is why it does not take into account partial tax amounts distributed between expense accounts).

This program need only be used in Canada due to the way in which treatment of partial tax amounts in cash discounts varies between federal and provincial level (cash discount base is net at federal level but gross in certain provinces).
