RFCHKA20 - Retrieval of Check Data from the Archive

Description
This program reads the data in an already existing archive file and copies the selected data records back into the SAP system. The retrieved data is simultaneously deleted from the archive file.
Selections
You can restrict the data selected for retrieval from the archive file by selecting a company code, house bank, account number or check number interval.
If you select Payroll accounting checks, the selection is limited to checks from Human Resources. If you do not select this, only checks from Financial Accounting are selected. Note that an existing check archive file only contains either Human Resources or Financial Accounting checks.
If the Test run indicator is selected, no changes are made to the database or the archive. The records that can be archived are merely marked as such and listed in the detail display.
Select the Detail data field in order to receive supplementary information on the data to be processed. An information line is then displayed for each data record, showing its status.
Requirements
You require authorization for the archiving function.
Output
The following data is issued:
- If selected, a detailed list of all data records that were retrieved or that were suitable for retrieval.
- A statistic showing the number of selected and processed checks per company code.
- An overview of the selections made for the program run (if any were made)
- An overview of the program run data.
- A list of any errors that may have occurred
Error messages
Any errors that occurred are displayed together after processing. To receive a more detailed description of an error, select it from this list.
