Purpose

Report RFCORR15 makes it possible to automatically reset the dunning level or the dunning level and date of the last dunning in the customer master record (table KNB5) or the vendor master record (table LFB5).

In the 'Control' area of report RFCORR15, you specify if only the dunning level is deleted or if the dunning level and dunning date are deleted.

The reset is possible only if there are no open items of the customer/vendor for the related dunning area, or if there are open items, but none of them contain a dunning level.

In the 'Control' area of report RFCORR15, you specify if only accounts without open items should be considered, or also accounts that have open items, but none of them have a dunning level entered.

The report lists only those accounts that meet the selection criteria and in which a dunning level greater than zero is entered in their master record.

For each of these accounts, in the ALV list in the field 'Dunn.Lev. Deletbl.' (or in an update run, the field 'Dunn.Level Deleted') the text YES or NO indicates if the dunning level is deletable (or in an update run, was deleted).

It is only possible to delete dunning levels or dunning levels and dunning dates - it is not possible to set different values for these fields.
