Description

The customer list is used for displaying and for printing customer master data that is needed in the area of financial accounting. The list can be used for information and documentation.

Output

You can narrow down the number of customers to be printed using selection criteria. This includes, for example, the customer, the company code, a search term, or an interval for the selection criteria.

However, only customers for whom company-code-dependent master data exists are displayed for the following entries:

  • Restriction of the output to certain company codes, for example, 0001 to 0005 and/or
  • Selection of one or more parameters that exclusively provide company code-specific data

You can choose between four sortings of customer.

For each customer master record, at least the account number, the search term, the account group, the recorder, and the opening date of the general data is output . You can adapt the scope of any further data according to your information requirements. The parameters "communication with customer" and "X - address and telecom (master)" are alternative.

For every customer, general data if first output followed by the company code-dependent data.

The "additional heading" parameter enables you to output individual information in the page header in a list.

For printouts on paper or for microfiche, the additional parameter "X - output microfiche line " is available.

Dependencies

If the report is started via transaction RFDKVZ00_AUDIT, the “Master Data on Key Date” field is shown on the selection screen. If you enter a date in the past in this field, the master data values are displayed as they were on that date. This feature is provided for auditors.
