RFDM2000 - Automatic Write-Off of Dispute Cases

Purpose

You use this program to write off open items for a dispute case automatically.

Integration

The program is usually only started via a Submit from the function module FDM_AR_AUTO_WRITE_OFF.

Selection

You can run the program directly for analysis purposes. It determines the dispute case GUID (field CASE_GUID_LOC) and the relevant (highest) sequential number of the process (field PROC_SEQNR) from table FDM_DCPROC and enters them as a string in the selection option. If you set the display mode parameter to 'A', the clearing takes place in dialog.

Output

In the job log, the program issues a list of the errors that occurred and the clearing documents posted per dispute case.

Activities

If the job is interrupted or finishes with error message FDM_AR_150, you can restart the process with report RFDM2010.
