RFEWA014 - Adds Summary Records from a Ledger and Displays Differences (if not 0)

Description

This program adds up all totals records from the current fiscal year/company code for period 000 and checks whether the balance is correct (debits = credits). The rounding differences determined, which may result from translating the transaction figures, are charged off to a G/L account specifically created for this purpose.

Requirements

Before the changeover you must make sure that a corresponding G/L account has been created in Customizing for company codes in which one of the local currencies is converted. The "Only balances in local curr." switch must be set in the G/L account for system performance reasons.

Output

The log is stored in log management and shows you the number of records changed or added per table. Any errors which occurred are listed here. You can find more information (amount of the difference, company code, ledger, and so on) in table EWUFI_BALP (Tools -> ABAP Workbench -> Overview -> Data Browser -> Table name: EWUFI_BALP).
