RFFMALE_SET_DOCNUMBER - ALE Distribution: Adjust FI Reference in FM Document

Purpose

This report corrects the document reference of accounting documents in the FM document after the ALE distribution:

• If the proposed FM document number interval is copied, the report processes the selected documents.

• If you choose the standard selection procedure, only the line items not yet corrected are adjusted.

We recommend that you choose this procedure as the standard procedure.

Selection

If you have set the indicator Only Adjust Newly Distributed Line Items, selection occurs using the FM document number entered.

If you have not set the indicator Only Adjust Newly Distributed Line Items, selection occurs using the standard list.
