Title

Transfer of Budget Plan Version to Net Voting Version

Purpose

You use this program to transfer the values of a planning version to a net voting version. Net vote is defined as the total of all expenditure commitment items less the total of all revenue commitments. The program forms these balance values.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • The net vote structure must be generated.
  • Budget data, for example, financial results must exist.

Features

Selection

A budget plan version is transferred to a net voting version for all net vote objects. You can specify which values the program should transfer:

  • Original Budget
    The program calculates the net vote values from the original budget values (payment budget) of the plan year.
  • Supplement
    The program calculates the net vote values from the supplement values (payment budget) of the plan year. If you select original budget and supplement, the program calculates the total from the original budget and supplement.
  • Financial Budget
    The program calculates the net vote values from the original budget of the plan year and the four following plan years.
  • Financial Result
    The program calculates the net vote values from the financial results that come from the years 3 to 5 before the plan year.
  • Payment Budget in Current Year
    The program calculates the net vote values from the original budget values and supplements (payment budget) of the current fiscal year.
