RFFMBAS_OBJNR_ACT_TRACE - Activate Trace for FM Object Numbers (OBJNR)
rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3upThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You use this report to activate the change log or runtime errors during creation of new FM object numbers.
Integration
FM object numbers are stored in table FMBASOBJNR (field OBJNR).
Prerequisites
Features
When you activate the change log for new object numbers, the system writes the entries in table FMBASOBJNR_TRACE. You can display these change log entries using the Change Log Processing for New FM Object Numbers report (RFFMBAS_OBJNR_PROCESS_LOG).
You can activate the change log for events that create new entries in table FMBASOBJNR or for events that create new entries in tables that consume new object numbers, such as table FMBASIDX.
If possible, only activate the Change log for table FMBASOBJNR option. Activation of Change log for tables consuming new OBJNR or of both Change log for table FMBASOBJNR and Change log for tables consuming new OBJNRcan impair system performance.
In addition, you can also activate runtime errors (X-messages) for the following events:
- The system tries to use a new object number in a table that consumes new object numbers, such as table FMBASIDX, but the new object number is not stored in table FMBASOBJNR at the time when the system stores the entry of the table that consumes the object number.
- The system tries to use a new object number that already exists in table FMBASOBJNR, but a different FM account assignment is defined.
- The system tries to use a new object number with some FM account assignment, for which the system has already stored another object number in table FMBASOBJNR.
Only activate these runtime errors in exceptional cases.
