RFFMCCF0_CHAIN - Carry Forward Completely Reduced Documents Manually (Chains)

Purpose
- You can use this program to carryforward completely reduced commitment documents belonging to a document chain(manual zero carryforward) for an FM area and fiscal year to the next fiscal year.
- Two cases are supported:
- First case, all documents of the chain are completly reduced commitments and are relevant for Commitment Carry Forward.
- Second case, some documents are already in the new year and some completly reduced document are in the current year. In that case, the program will take the decision to carry foward the remaining documents individually by splitting the chain.
Completely reduced documents are documents with amount zero (there is no open amount).
Normally completely reduced commitment documents are not carried forward to the next fiscal year. If you change a completely reduced document in the new year, a zero carryforward may be necessary.
Note that this program is doing the Commitment Carry Forward with document chains. In case some documents in a chain have already been carried forward, the completly reduced commitments will be carried forward individually.

You have exexcuted first the report RFFMCCF1_CHAIN.
Features
Selection
You can restrict the selection of documents to be carried forward in the same way as for the carryforward of open items (program RFFMCCF1_CHAIN). You can find more information on this in the program documentation
In comparison to the carryforward of open items with chains, you must enter a value type and document number.
The program only selects documents in which the amounts are cleared in accordance with the selection criteria.
