RFFMCC_REPORT01 - Consistency Check Report

Purpose
With this report, you can verify the rules, whether new or existing, that have been defined in the Consistency Check tool.
By also checking inactive rules, you can run this report before setting a new rule as active. However, you can set the indicator to only check active rules.
Prerequisites
You have defined at least one check library and at least one rule in FM Customizing under Budget Control System (BCS) -> Budgeting -> Control Budgeting Flow -> Consistency Check -> Define Check Libraries for Budget Addresses
Features
Selection
The selection screen contains three sections in which you enter selection criteria and further options:
- Fiscal year, budget category and version.
- You can limit the FM account assignments in question by using selection options or the multiple selection tool.
- In the bottom section, you can decide to have only the active rules checked in Check Active Rule.
Standard Variants
Output
The output screen show the result of the application log. There are two sections:
- Overview
- Details of the message defined in Customizing for consistency checks:
- If you click on the detail button, you obtain a precise description of the consistency check.
- If you click on the data button, you can display the budget line that has been checked.

Make your entries and execute the report.
