Description

From Release 4.5A, the structures (database tables) for the actual/commitment data and the selection/log table for the commitment carryforward carried out as part of Funds Managment closing operations have been converted.
This program converts the data in the selection/log table in the Funds Management commitment carryforward to the new structures.

Requirements

  • See that the actual/commitment data in Funds Management has been converted (program RFFMTRNS).
  • Ensure that no FM closing operations programs are rune before and during the conversion.

Output

The program outputs the number of documents which were:

  • Read
  • Defective
  • Converted

Not all the documents read have to be converted. However, if there are defective documents, contact the SAP helpdesk immediately.
