Title

Deleting Totals Records (FMIT)

Purpose

This program deletes the totals record from the table Totals Table for Funds Management (FMIT) according to the selection criteria.

Integration

If line items for the deleted totals records still exist, you can reconstruct the totals records using the program Matching TotalsRecords for FM (RFFMRC04).

After the program run, you have to readjust the assigned values using the program Reconstruct Availability Control in Funds Management (BPINDX03).

Selection

If you select Only Delete Zero Records, you can delete all lines that have the value zero from the table FMIT.

Standard Variants

Output

The program outputs a success message. You cannot carry out additional reporting.
