Title

Deleting Commitment Data (Free Selection)

Purpose

This program deletes the lines items of the commitment data in Funds Management for the documents selected and adjusts the corresponding totals records.

The program resets the following tables:

  • FMIOI (commitment documents in Funds Management)
  • FMIOICCN (locked entries marked for the commitment in Funds Management)
    Note: This table is only relevant for the Netherlands.
  • FMIT (totals tables for Funds Management)

The program also deletes all documents that were already carried forward to a later fiscal year with the commitment carryforward (RFFMCCF1). The fiscal year change information is lost in this process. If you do not want to delete these documents, select Do not delete documents in FYC.

The program can also delete line items in the commitment data for SRM purchase orders and SRM shopping cart in Funds Management. This requires you to maintain the logical SRM System accordingly in the table T160PR in Customizing: Integration with Other mySAP Components -> Supplier Relationship Management -> Plan-Driven Procurement -> Maintain Profiles for External Procurement. Having done so, choose the corresponding selection 'SRM Purchase Orders' or ‘SRM Shopping Cart’ in the report.

Caution: This program also deletes the data for business trip commitments (value type 52). However, there is no SAP program available at the moment for reconstructing this data.

Features

You can restrict the selection of the documents in the following way:

  • Company code
  • Fiscal year
    All data is deleted including the "to fiscal year".
  • No. of reference document
    All data is deleted including the "to document number".
  • Value type
    All data including "to value type" is deleted.

You can display a list of the deleted documents (update run), or of the documents to be deleted (test run). Select Log when you execute the program. If you chose Do not delete documents in FYC, the documents selected for the commitments carryforward as "non deleteable" are also displayed.

If you do not select log, the results of the program run are not shown on the screen.

If a BW system is connected to this OLTP system, the line items for InfoSource "0PU_IS_PS_31" are also deleted in BW.
