RFFMED_UPDATE_REF_AWKEY - Update BCS Entry Documents AWKEY Reference

Purpose

You use this program to update the reference field FMBH-AWKEY for Budget Entry documents for Budget Control System.

This field is populated if you have installed the Cardinality feature for Automatic Budget Posting.

Integration

The reference field is populated by the concatenation of the Open Items or Actuals following informations:

• Item number of reference document (RFPOS)

• Account assignment number of reference document (RFKNT)

• Reference document classification number (RFETE)

• Counter Conditions and Level Number (RCOND)

Prerequisites

You have installed the cardinality for Automatic Budget Posting.

Features

Selection

You must specify the FM area, document year, and a range document number.

Standard Variants

Output

The program generates a detailed SAP List Viewer output with the results of the program run, provided that you selected this option. This output list contains the following information:

• Reference Procedure or reference transaction

• Reference Document

• Item Number of reference document

• Account assignment number of reference document

• Reference document classification number

• Counter Conditions and Level Number

• Logical System

• ABP Reference

• BCS Entry Document Number

• FM Account Assigmnent

To view the document display screen, double-click the entry document number.

Activities

The program updates of the following database table entries:

• FMBH,,Header of an entry document (field FMBH-AWKEY)
