Overall Budget: Line Items According to Document Numbers

Use

This reports overall budget values. Budget values that are available for several fiscal years, without funds distributed to individual fiscal years. This is for example the case with funds from secondary sources for the total run time of a project, whose run time spans several years.

When the budget is created the system saves a hierarchy document. The report evaluates these hierarchy documents by generating a list sorted according to document numbers of budgeting documents that fufil the selection criteria. From this list you can see how a certain budget has got to its present state. It is therefore especially suitable for the controlling of budgeting processes. It does not display how much budget a certain Funds Management Account Assignment actually has.

You can go to the document display of any of the displayed Line items

Prerequisites

In selected FM area/fiscal year overall budget values must exist. The basis for this is the assigning of the corresponding budget profile for the evaluated FM area. This budget profile is defined in Customizing of the component Funds Management. For more information on budget profiles, see Set Budget Profile.
