RFFMHIE_DISPLAY - Display Multi-Level Budget Structure

Purpose
With this program you can display a structure for budget addresses in Funds Management (FM) budgeting.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have generated a structure for a structure ID, FM area, fiscal year, budget category and budget structure using transaction Generate Multi-Level Budget Structure.
Features
When you run this program, you can display a structure or a part of it for a structure ID, FM area, fiscal year, budget category and budget structure.
Selection
- Enter the FM area and a multi-level budget structure. In order for the multi-level FM account assignment elements to be known to the system, this information is needed for the dynamical building of the selection screen.
- Enter the fiscal year, the budget category and if necessary, the structure ID.
- Restriction on structure: you can restrict the selection by entering the FM account assignment
elements (FMAAs) in the structure with a list and the number of levels below the FMAAs. Additionally,
if you have specified a layout variant, this selection will be applied when you display the structure.
Note
If two or more selected branches (combination of an FMAA and number of steps) are on the same branch of the structure, the entire branch of the structure containing all the selected branches without gaps is selected for display.
Standard Variants
Output
The selected structure is displayed in the SAP List Viewer. You can:
- Expand the structure below the selected node
- Collapse the structure below the selected node
- Find a node
- Print a structure
- Select a layout
