Description

Program RFFMKT11 copies the controlling data for revenues increasing the budget, collective expenditures and cover eligibility existing in an FM area and fiscal year into another FM area and/or another fiscal year.

Program parameters

Program RFFMKT11 should first be executed in the test run to correct any possible inconsistencies before the production run.

Program RFFMKT11 should be executed as a Batch job.

Requirements

There is no control data in the target fiscal chosen, in the target FM area.

Copying of collective expenditures must be completed before copying of rules for reveneus increasing the budget. In particular, the budget objects for the collective expenditures must be generated by the program RFFMSN81.

Output

The program generates a list of all inconsistencies which have arisen. The list has the following column headers.

  • FMA (FM area)
  • Year (in which the control data is to be created)
  • Funds center
  • Fund
  • Commitment item
  • Error message
  • Commitment item does not exist

  • Funds center does not exist

  • Fund does not exist

  • Funds Management account assignment is not a budget object
