RFFMKU_MIG_FMBDP_TO_NEWREF - Migrate Budget Database to New References

Purpose

Permits to migrate the change document database table to the new logic concerning reference document.

Integration

This concerns the budget documents created from another document. For example for Grantee Management (GM), Commitment Carryforward with budget (CCF), Automatic Budget Postings (ABP) or budget documents created with the BAPI-ED with a link to a previous document.

Prerequisites

The note 2738775 or equivalent Support Package has first be installed. From this new development the new logic of reference fields is installed.

Example

A commitment carryforward document with the number 10 has been created. The Customizing settings made mean that the budget linked with this document 10 is also carried forward creating a budget document with the number 111. These two documents are linked by the reference field AWREF in the table FMBH as follows: FMBH-DOCNR = 111 and FMBH-AWREF = 10. Here the logic is kept. But in the change document table FMBDP, the field reference field REFDOCNR is also filled with the carryforward document in the old logic. In the new logic this FMBDP-REFDOCNR will also be the budget document number FMBH-DOCNR.

This migration tool permits to migrate the database table FMBDP to this new logic. Per FM area, range of Document Year.

After the execution of this report we will always have the relationship: FMBDP-REFDOCNR = FMBH-DOCNR
