RFFMMD_AUTOCREATION - Automatic Creation of FM Master Data

Purpose
Generate Funds Management (FM) master data automatically.
This program can create and/or update commitment items, funds centers, and funded programs from master data objects coming from other applications (FI, CO).
Integration
The source data can be:
- For commitment items: G/L accounts or cost elements
- For funds centers: Cost centers, internal orders or WBS elements
- For funded programs: Internal orders or WBS elements
Prerequisites
- Master data is created for the source (G/L accounts, cost centers, internal orders, cost elements, or WBS elements)
- The FM derivation tool (FMDERIVE) is set up to derive the target FM master data object from the corresponding source objects. This program derives the name of the target object using the FM derivation tool using the source object.
- The combination of source and target master data objects has rules defined to derive the attributes of the target master data object. In the program press the button "Attributes derivation". From these tool all the attributes of the FM Master Data object must be obtained.
- Note that hierarchies are not maintained. This must done manually.

The log containing the results for each of the combination of source and target master data elements offers the following options:
- Display all the messages for the selected combination
- View the derivation log of the attributes
- Reprocess the selection in either the background or the foreground.
