RFFMMD_YR_INDEP_FUND_CENTER - Funds Center: Conversion from Year-Dependent to Year-Independent

Purpose

This program converts the funds centers of an FM area from year-dependent to year-independent.

If former budgeting is active, the parent funds center (also known as the superior funds center) is compared. When the comparison indicates different values in this field over time, the user is informed.

When you run the program in test mode (by checking the relevant box in the selection screen), no database updates take place and the conversion from year dependent to year independent is not carried out. You are strongly advised to do this before performing a live run.

The program uses the fiscal year entered to obtain the hierarchy variant that would be used as the hierarchy variant for the year-independent funds centers.
