RFFMRB_COPY - Copy Rules for Revenues Increasing the Budget

Purpose

This program copies existing rules for Revenues Increasing the Budget (RIB rules).

Integration

Prerequisites

To use the copy program, you must have already created RIB rules.

Features

The program copies the existing RIB rules from one year to the next or from one budget category for RIB to another.

Selection

You execute the program for an FM area. Select the source and target data as follows:

Budget category for RIB

Restrictions on RIB rules

For RIB rules based on RIB objects, restrict on the FM account assignment elements of the RIB objects that you want to copy from.

For RIB rules based on revenue cover groups, restrict on the revenue cover group values or the FM account assignment elements of the RIB source addresses of the RIB rules that you want to copy from. This restriction is only available, if you have activated cover eligibility in customizing.
Note that the system takes both restrictions into account when selecting RIB rules. Only RIB rules satisfying all these constraints can be selected for copying. For an illustration, see the examples below.

This definition is only available, if you have activated cover eligibility in Customizing.

When copying RIB rules based on revenue cover groups, specify here how the system should find the revenue cover group for the new RIB rule. Refer to the online documentation (F1) of each radio button for the detailed meaning of each option.

Standard Variants

Output

A list of copied RIB rules with their attributes is displayed. The error log is displayed in a separate dialog box.

Example

You enter the following restrictions on the selection frame for RIB rules:

=> Revenue cover group: CVG*

=> Fund center: FC1

Selection result: RIB rules based on revenue cover groups whose cover group value starts by 'CVG' and whose fund center value for the RIB source address is FC1.
