Purpose

You must reconstruct the index assigning budget addresses to RIB objects in the following circumstances:

  • When some revenue budget addresses contribute to both an RIB object and a revenue cover group.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Depending on which of the two circumstances given above applies, the program:

  • Changes the existing index entries that are affected by a change in the derivation strategy for RIB objects
  • Removes the index entries in which the sender (revenue budget address) is defined in some revenue cover group if cover eligibility is activated

Selection

Select the FM area, the fiscal year, the year of cash effectivity (if applicable), and the budget category to be used.

Further notes

Index entries that cannot be assigned to existing RIB objects are deleted.

Output

The list of changed index entries is displayed. Errors are displayed in a separate dialog box.
