Purpose

Reconciliation of Earmarked Funds in Funds Management (FM)

Integration

The RFFMRC21 program reconciles documents like funds reservations, funds precommitments, funds commitments, funds blockings, and forecasts of revenue. If you find inconsistencies, you need to run transaction FMN5N (program RFFMRP03N) to correct FM commitments.

Output

When the program is finished in the foreground and you want to see a list of the documents that could not be corrected due to error messages appearing during the update, you can switch to the error log by choosing Goto → Error messages or using the menu bar icon Errors.

Other option: if you want to break inconsistencies down to the amount type level, you can do so by choosing Goto → Detailed log or using the menu bar icon Details.
