Title

Conversion of funds commitments containing revenues commitment items

Purpose

For upgrades from 3.1 or 4.0 to 4.5 or 4.6, funds reservations have generally been converted to funds commitments. Consequently, funds reservations that contain items with revenues commitment items have been incorrectly converted. These should have been converted to forecasts of revenues. The program selects these reservations, outputs a list of document numbers and allows the conversion of documents to forecasts of revenues.

Integration

Also refer to note 211937.

Prerequisites

The program also outputs a list of funds commitments that contain both items with expenditures commitment items and items with revenues commitment items. These cannot be converted.

Selection parameters:

1. SO_BUDAT: Posting date of funds commitment

2. P_TEST : Test run

3. P_CONV: Conversion

In the test run and update run, two lists are displayed, one containing converted and convertable documents and the other listing unconvertable documents.
