RFFMRP56 - Reconstruct Funds Reservations for Cash Budget Management

Description

RFFMRP56 first deletes all the funds reservations in Cash Budget Management and then reconstructs them, on the basis of the funds reservation documents.

You can reconstruct the actual data in this way if the funds reservation actual data has been wholly or partly deleted, or wrongly maintained.

Reconstruct the actual data in background processing.

Report parameter:

• FM area

• Make sure you have backed up your data.

• Put suitable organizational measures in place to ensure that no further payment tranfers are entered while the actual data is being reconstructed. In particular, no documents should be entered. To close your company codes to posting, simply close the relevant periods. For more information, go to the Financial Accounting implementation guide and read: "Open and close posting periods".

Output

List of funds reservations not to be processed.
